Having Trouble Connecting via Bluetooth?

Make sure Bluetooth permissions are properly enabled for the Sparx Hockey App:

• On iPhone:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Scroll down and select Sparx Hockey.

  3. Make sure the Bluetooth toggle is turned on.

• On Android:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Navigate to Apps > Sparx Hockey > Permissions.

  3. Ensure that Nearby Devices permission is enabled.

Once permissions are correctly set, try reconnecting your device through the Sparx Hockey App.
